Easy to Make Healthy Snack for Kids

The holidays are almost over, but you can still treat your children to healthy snacks that they will love. This snack can actually be a year-long staple; and you can work with seasonal fruits to keep cost down.

Preparation time: 8 – 10 minutes

What you will need

Bananas and apple


  • Bananas
  • Apples
  • Watermelon
  • Pawpaw
  • Mango

As many or as little as you want.



Dice the fruits into little pieces. Place some into a desert bowl (preferably a plastic one if your children are still little) and then scoop some yoghurt into it. Next stir gently, add a spoon and serve.

If you have more more than one child, you could make the fruit and yoghurt mix in a large bowl and then dish it out from there.
