Welcome to the #NHVillage project. Naija Housewives is a forum for Nigerian women and we continually seek ways to make it more about you. Which is why we have kicked off the NH Village project.
Basically, this is a monthly article that will be made up of advice from you. We are merely going to curate that advice, but it’s going to be all you. We believe that it does indeed take a village to raise a child, but we are gradually losing that sense of community. It’s every man for their child.
We want to change that.
You can change that.
By sharing your wisdom (no matter how simple), you have no idea how many lives you will be impacting.
Our NH Village topic for this month is:
If you could give your son or daughter (or niece or nephew) any advice on life, love, etc…what would it be?
To participate, simply leave a comment here. We have had a few comments on Facebook. If you are on Twitter, tag your reply with the hashtag #NHVillage
Your bits of wisdom will be published in September with your name (unless you expressly ask us to leave out your name). We would also appreciate if you could send your picture so it can go beside your advice.
If you would like to send us something longer, you can send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
*Note that we reserve the right not to publish any advice. We would love to publish all so please make it count.
