TGIF!
Most of us are guilty of spending the entire week looking forward to Fridays when we can just get home, kick off our shoes and relax with food and TV. Imagine how much better your night would be if you were relaxing with a plate of deliciously spicy asun (goat meat).
Almost all Nigerians living in Nigeria know what asun is but not necessarily how to make it. We would rather just walk to the closest local kitchen/restaurant and order it with a cold drink. Depending on where you go, the asun will taste or look different (because different folks, different strokes). Some use a grill/oven while some don’t, some cut it in large sizes – on and on the differences goes but either way, it comes out delicious.
Here are 4 recipes for asun – just in case you have a ziploc of goat meat in your freezer. These recipes are by different chefs/food blogs so just go through the pictures, choose the one that is most attractive to you and click on the link for the recipe.
