Turmeric Latte (Golden Milk) Recipe

Try this on a cold morning for all-round goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (You can try almond milk or cashew milk)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger (add a little more for a spicier taste)
  • 2 tbsp natural honey (a little less or more according to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and low heat until it begins to gently boil

  2. Bring down and allow to cool. Then place in a blender for the frothy latte look.

  3. If you like it piping hot, use an electric whisk instead.

  4. Enjoy your healthy golden milk!
