Prayer for Your Husband’s Parents: 30 Days Prayers for Your Family Day 11

Oh Lord, I lift up my husband’s parents before you, asking for mercy and favour upon them. The fact that their son and I are still together has been your doing. I pray that they will always be at peace with this union and be sources of growth and wisdom to us as a family. I ask that they will be comfortable and that you grant them both good health. May they be around to see all their grandchildren and even great grandchildren as you bless them with longevity. Amen.

Pray for their health and be specific if there is a particular health issue. Lift up their finances and all that concerns their welfare and well being. Pray for their safety in the house and wherever they go. Ask God to direct and create affection in the heart of anyone working with them.

If there are challenges in your relationship, bring them before the Lord now and lay all at His feet.  Pray that your love for them will only grow; as the better your relationship with them the happier your husband will be.

As the mother in your home you are the peacemaker and peacekeeper.
