Fruity Couscous Salad: Recipe

It is always good and interesting to try something new. The Fruity Couscous Salad, is a blend of several healthy fruits, it is also very nutritious and easy to prepare.
Whole-Wheat Couscous can be found in markets and supermarkets. Golden penny has a brand of it.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked whole-wheat couscous
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh peach, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, orange juice, green onions and season well. Add the couscous and fruit, sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss gently.
It can be served alongside a plate of rice or it can be eaten alone.
