Thank you God for the man I married. Even with all his faults you made him and everything you make is perfect. Thank you for all I’ve been through with him. Thank you for the man I know he will become.

No one can say that marriage is always one hundred percent sweet, there are sad times and down times and for most Nigerian women, the low times are almost constant. It’s easy to dwell on what you have gone through at the hands of the man you are married to, all he has done or not done and what you have suffered…but that is not productive.
Think of any good thing you have experienced in your marriage and then think of what you would love your marriage to be and thank God for everything.
Ask God to help you appreciate your man and if you can’t think of anything to appreciate about him, ask God to show you. Every human being has something good. Maybe circumstances (or his past) have made it hard for your husband’s good side to show, but it is there. Thank God for it.
