If you are looking for ways to draw that perfect winged eyeliner you see on models and makeup artists, look no further. Here’s a step by step tutorial on drawing a winged liner.
What you would need
Cream liner
Liquid liner
Angled brush
Concealer
How to
You have to draw your winged eyeliner after applying eyeshadow. Doing it the other way round would just cover all your hard work.
Step 1- Using your cream liner and angled brush (or liquid liner), draw a line from the end of your lash line upward
Step 2 – Connect the line from the top to the inner corner of your eye.
Step 3 – Fill it in with your liquid liner
step 4 – Use your angled brush with a little concealer to clean up any smudges or irregularities

Not everybody has a straight hand or an artistic side so you may not always get the angled liner right – one may be a little loopy and one may be more angled than the other. Some makeup artists/enthusiasts have found it easier (and more precise) to use a spoon to draw their angled liner. Below is a pictorial on how it’s done.
